I learned a lot about it. I have a few people in my life who need to see this, and I'm eager to share it. One friend in particular is struggling right now, and this would give him a lot of hope. I LOVE that Improv was the saving grace for the host as well. A chance to use that massive creativity in an environment that supports the high energy and shifting focus. Thanks for sharing this!!
