Did Someone Order a Unicorn?
The Indian Rhinoceros could be considered a unicorn
(its latin name is Rhinoceros unicornis)
Yet, my guess is the above is not the first image that comes to mind when a unicorn is mentioned.
Somewhere in there is a lesson about expectation and perception.
Think about the last time something (or someone) didn’t live up to your expectations.
Were there different perceptions about what those expectations were?
If you tell someone you’re looking for a unicorn, how do you know they share the same perception of the unicorn you’re expecting?
